All online orders are sent express shipping with Royal Mail or other domestic couriers dependent on value to all UK mainland addresses & Northern Ireland. Please allow 1-3 working days for your order to arrive once despatched.

A tracking number will be provided via email of despatch to allow you to follow your order to destination.

All online orders are sent tracked delivery with Royal Mail or other international couriers to all global destinations. A flat rate shipping fee is applied at checkout. Please allow 2-14 working days for your order to arrive.

All import duties & taxes for International orders are the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS

In the event that a product you have purchased online is not suitable, we would be pleased to offer a refund within 14 days of receipt.

*Please note all personalised items cannot be returned and are not eligible for a refund unless damaged or in production error on behalf of Daisy Alice Bridal.

We are unable to refund the delivery charges unless the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, or not what you originally ordered.

Any items need to be returned at the customers own cost, fully intact with original packaging. Upon receiving your return we will process the refund to the original method of payment. Returns take up to 14 working days to process once received at the studio.

Daisy Alice Bridal is not responsible for any returns, therefore we suggest returning your item through a trackable service and taking out postal insurance with your provider. Always keep a copy of the proof of postage, as sadly Daisy Alice Bridal cannot be held accountable for lost or damaged items during transit.
